HOW TO COPY / move / STORING DATA FROM COMPUTER TO FLASH DISK

There has been a mother employee health of the office came to my work room, and he asked for help to the copied / moved the data from his computer to the flash disk will he use for presentation at the meeting room. 
Actually, copy or move the data on the same principle, only sometimes for people who are not familiar and new encounter outside of computer storage media are usually confused and having trouble. 
From the long - long we just learn how to copy / move data from the computer to the flash disk. 
Our first step is to go to the window explorer. That is the way point the mouse cursor to the start menu as shown below:

Then right click and a new menu will appear as shown below:

Then position the mouse pointer to the Explorer menu and then click as shown above.

Once we click menu explorer, then a new menu will appear as shown below:

Then we look for files / data which we will copy to the flash disk. As an example I will copy the data from my document that the file was named "DATA OFFICE". Then step we do is we look for in my document and then locate the file DATA OFFICE. Having met the right-click the data / OFFICE DATA folder and will appear a new menu as shown below:

Then we select the copy menu and click on it as shown below:

After that we find the menu flash disk that already we plug it into the computer. To my friends real flash disk named "IOP FLASH" then we look in window explorer like the above. And I find the files flash disk "IOP FLASH" is as shown below:

Then we right click and a new menu will appear as shown below:

Then we hover our mouse to paste the menu and clicking it.

Then the DATA file has been copied in a flash OFFICE. And prepared in gnakan on other computers.
